Downtown Elementary's CLUE program is designed to help meet the unique needs of gifted students who reside in the city of Memphis. This website is to help build awareness of educational programming for gifted students and to facilitate communication between the teachers and the parents of children currently enrolled in the program. specifically for Downtown Elementary CLUE students in Grades 2, 3, 5, and 6.
